Apple Cider with Cinnamon - Think Atomic Fireballs

In this blend, we combine our traditional Apple Hard Cider with pineapple juice, piloncillo sugar, and season with cinnamon sticks and whole clove. Traditionally “tepache” is a fermented pineapple drink dating back to the 1600’s. It is common to natives of Mexico, Latin America and the Mexican communities of the U.S.

Although sweeter than most of our ciders, the Strawberry Lavender does not stray from the Uncle John’s style – perfectly balanced and always showcasing the fruit. We use our traditional apple blend and sweeten it with strawberry juice. To switch things up a bit, we add lavender to give it a slight herbal touch.

A blend of apples from orchards that have been in the ground for at least 50 years, along with other Heirloom varieties. Citrus and green apple aromas, with a crisp clean finish.

A combination of English, French & American cider specific apples blended together, hence the name, Melded. The blend is large with many of the apples being available in a bushel or less. These apples provide the rich tannin found in this cider. Many of the American varieties add to the acidity, balancing the profile.

Our Perry took home a Gold Medal at the 2015 British Cider Championships at the Royal Bath & West Show in the U.K.! Showcases the delicate freshness of the pears, with subtle citrus notes. It’s buttery and creamy body balance its slight acidity.
